At Old School Roofing we strive to meet the obligation set forth
in the simplest of quotes which is included in all of our
company literature: “We’ll make you happy”.
Simplistic in theory, however, we also recognize that due to the
nature and reputation of the roofing industry, in comes with
significant hurdles to overcome.
Our pledge is aligned with our philosophies:
We will suggest to you what we
would do if this were our own home. That also includes
treating your home as ours during the installation process.
We want to
install your new roofing system, and our job is not done until
you are 100% satisfied. Quite honestly, our business
relies on referrals and we recognize that your job could
possibly be the one that leads to the most referrals
possible.
No hidden costs.
We will do our best, from the get go, to insure that the quoted
price is the price. Unlike some other roofing contractors,
that will rip open your roof and hit you with a change order for
“unforeseen” decking issues, we will do our best to fully
evaluate and disclose the present condition of your roof, and
the likelihood of potential problems.

Professionalism:
We hope that from our initial meeting going forward you will
recognize a distinct difference in our staff from any other
roofing contractor. Many of us have come from larger
roofing contractors and have gained insight on how the customer
should be treated. We will provide professional and
personal service as though you were part of our family! At
Old School Roofing, we believe that our company has spent more
time on education and training for our staff than any other
roofing contractor in this area. Our courteous, trained,
professional staff; sales, office, roofing specialists, are far
and away the best there is.
